Come to my Studio: Western Wake Artist Studio Tour Starts Tonight!
Tonight is the first night of the Western Wake Artist Studio Tour . Selected studios are open tonight-including mine! You can go to the WWAST website http://www.wwast.org for a map of locations and times. This is an excellent opportunity to see the studio’s and work of many talented artists whose work includes, painting, sculpture, fiber arts, photography and more. I will be setting up a demonstration area and giving you the opportunity to paint with me! It is going to be a great weekend and I hope you will stop by!

Western Wake Artist Studio Tour Preview Exhibit opens tonight!
Good News: Western Wake Artists Studio Tour is less than a month away! But if you can’t wait to see great art YOU DON’T HAVE TO!
Join me tonight at the Halle Cultural Arts Center: 237 N.Salem Street, Apex, N.C. 6-8:00pm for the WWAST Preview Exhibit opening and reception! The party is tonight (food and prizes included!), but the preview will go through October 26th.
A bit more about the tour: The actual tour begins Friday, November 9th and goes through Sunday, November 11th. As it is a self-guided tour, you can visit all the studios, or just one of them. At your first studio, make sure to get a “PASSPORT” . If you visit five artists during the course of the tour you can be entered into a drawing for the Passport Gift Package that includes cards, prints, art lessons and other goodies from the tour artists. All you have to do is have the Passport stamped at each studio you visit. Leave your passport at your final destination.

Join me-this Thursday night, September 13th at Waverly Place. In addition to the music, artists will be working at their easels throughout the area painting to the music! There will be plenty to see, hear, do, eat, drink and enjoy!

Live jazz and art will happen the next four Thursday nights at Cary’s Waverly Place. With this amazing weather and all the fabulous food and drink and outdoor seating, it should be a relaxing and fun night for all-come and say “Hello”!
