This is my entry to the root and bulb challenge on Daily Paintworks. Recently I became obsessed with painting Golden Beets. I did not know what they were, I saw them in the produce section and fell in love. Their color is so amazing and rich and multi-dimensional, especially when wetl. After I paint them, I now know how to cook them (didn't want to waste), and they even taste good!
